EVAC Debuff
An EVAC Debuff, also known as Sukunda, decreases the target team's evasion and accuracy by 20%.
An EVAC Debuff+, also known as Sukunda+, is similar to a regular EVAC Debuff, but it instead decreases the team's evasion and accuracy by 25%.

Mechanics
In a nutshell, accuracy is first calculated using a skill's base accuracy, and the difference of AGI and LUK between the attacker and the target. This is then multiplied by the sum of EVAC Buffs and EVAC Debuffs. Finally, accuracy or evasion effects from skills and brands are added to get the final accuracy. A party's buff state essentially has 5 levels:

Incrementing/decrementing state
- Receiving an
EVAC Buff+ will increase the state by 2 levels.
- Receiving a regular
EVAC Buff will increase the state by 1 level, but cannot increase the state into the
EVAC Buff+ level.
- Receiving a regular
EVAC Debuff will decrease the state by 1 level, but cannot decrease the state into the
EVAC Debuff+ level.
- Receiving an
EVAC Debuff+ will decrease the state by 2 levels.
Interaction with itself
Debuffs of the same type cannot stack (example: two regular EVAC Debuff do not stack) - the number shown in-game is the debuff's remaining turn duration.
- If the same debuff is cast while it's already active, the new debuff will replace the old one only if it would make the duration longer.
Interaction between normal and plus debuffs
If a regular EVAC Debuff is active, and then an
EVAC Debuff+ is received (or vice versa), then the new debuff will overwrite the old debuff, regardless of the remaining duration on either effect.
- This means that casting an
EVAC Debuff+ and then a regular
EVAC Debuff will "upgrade" the target's buff state.
Duration Ticks
The turn duration for Buffs and Debuffs will tick down at the start of a turn belonging to the team that originally cast it.
- For example, if your team set up an
EVAC Debuff on the enemy, then the Debuff's duration will tick down at the start of your next turn.
