Fixed Damage
Fixed damage is a special type of damage that uses a set number, instead of relying on stats.
Mechanics
Fixed damage has no attribute (element), and cannot be increased or decreased through buffs, debuffs, or damage increase/reduction effects.
Fixed damage does not pierce Bulwarks.
While fixed damage acts similar to Fractional Damage, they are not the same. Fixed damage will not activate chain effects that trigger when receiving fractional damage.
