Latest revision as of 10:23, 9 September 2024
Note: This page is currently being updated.
This page aims to index standard team compositions used in both PVE and PVP, with sample teams for quick reference. For an in-depth guide on the team, click on the Main Article below each section.
Teams in this page are sorted by Alphabetical order.
Glossary:
- Defense PVP refers to the team when used as a so-called "Defense Team".
- Offense PVP is the team you use to attack "Defense Teams".
- Random Battle PVP is when you do a Random Battle.
- T0 Teams are ones that rely on start-of-battle chain effects to wipe the enemy before anyone gets to properly act.
- T1 Teams are ones that rely on speed and raw damage to overwhelm the opponent before they get act.
- T2 Teams are ones that rely on bulk and generally go after the opponent to withstand their attacks and hit them with a counterattack.
- Midrange Teams are a jack-of-all-trades, combining both the bulk of T2 and damage of T1.
PVP Ranking also gives lists of Top Tier Teams.

An Anti-Meta Team, Ailments are very strong but easily countered by Clerics. This makes them easy targets for revenging. However they are very good 'landmines' to catch players doing Random PVP as they have a very high winrate against teams with no ailment counters. These teams have been around since the very beginning and will never go out of fashion as a result. They are also a great team to revenge Defense Teams without Clerics.

Elec Bros
Main Article: Elec Bros
Zeus, Botis, Loup-Garou and Odin A possess passives and actives that synergize with each other immensely. These teams aim to decimate the opponent in the very first turn via a combination of their passive skills and strong attacks, while making the enemy weak to Elec via .
A strong T1 Team especially for those in low Diamond rank and below.
- Loup-Garou removes bulwarks when anyone uses Elec skills, meaning units like Madoka Kaname, Walpurgisnacht and Demeter will have their effectiveness crippled. Also, he gives the party a 30% Elec damage boost and a 1 MP cost reduction
- Botis provides 40% Elec Reverse damage reduction, meaning even units like Vanitas with 100% damage reduction will be able to take damage. Additionally, he gives a single-target follow-up attack with a 1 turn Debilitate any time an ally uses an Elec skill, meaning the opponent will be constantly debuffed and even Muted if they don't nullify it.
- Zeus provides 2 levels of teamwide Elec Attribute affinity down to the enemies and an additional press turn and AOE follow up when anyone strikes a weakness, as well as Revive Ban so units like Osiris and Idun can't fulfil their main roles.
- Odin A has a teamwide Zenith + Gloom swing, 40% damage boost to both Phys and Elec and Bulwark Pierce on his active. His craziest trait is the fact that he doesn't consume a Press Turn when hitting a weakness, and given the amount of Attribute affinity down this team provides, he will not be using any turns any time soon.

Mortal Team
Main Article: Mortal Team
High Tier Team for Offense PVP. But also a very expensive one requiring fully paneled non-fusable demons such as Alice or Masakado. A bit less suited as a Defense PVP Team because of the AI.
The team abuses Mortal effects, which instantly kills a demon regardless of HP. These teams forgo offensive stats for bulk, choosing to kill the opponent via Mortal instead.

Parvati Team
Main Article: Parvati Team
Semi Anti-Meta team designed to counter Intimidating Stance Teams. This team can be built purely using fuseable demons alone, and is a good budget option for players without banner-exclusive powerhouses. It is a very good team to build if you managed to pull Shiva A. Advancing in very high Diamond (close to Legend) may be difficult with such a team, though.

Repel Team
Main Article: Repel Teams
An Anti-Meta team that preys on the Pierce (especially Phys Pierce) infested Metagame. Compared to Drain Teams, it is a lot more F2P-friendly and can be built using fuseables alone. Repel Pierce passive negates Pierce on Repel resistances, protecting you from sweeps while you counterattack. These teams will easily carry you through Gold rank, competing in higher Diamond though will require banner units like Atavaka and Vairocana.
