A standard attack, also known as a normal attack, is the default attack that all demons are able to do.

Mechanics

By default, the standard attack is a Phys Phys (Physical) attack against a Single Target Single Target with 100 Base Power.

Standard attacks do not cost any MP to use, and can still be performed if the demon is Icon Mute.png Muted or under the effects of Icon Spirit Chains of Indignation.png Spirit Chains of Indignation.

Certain passive skills or panels may change the effect of a demon's standard attack.

Shiva A.jpg Shiva A Panel 2 The effect of normal Attacks will be changed to the following: Inflicts Almighty damage (Physical, Power: 120) with Bulwark Pierce on a single enemy, and places the one with this skill into a state of Charge and restores own MP by 1. *Chain Effect activates once per turn and only if attack was successful. *Damage inflicted by this skill is dependent on Mag ATK.
Surt A.jpg Surt A Panel 2 The effect of normal Attacks will be changed to the following: Inflicts Fire damage (Magic, Power: 120) with Bulwark Pierce and Remnants to a single enemy. Activates the following Chain Effect when the attack is successful: Inflicts Fire damage (Magic, Power: 50) with Bulwark Pierce 2 times to random enemies, and reduces hit enemy MP by 1.
