D2 Festival & Special Absolute Summon!
This banner features several Gatcha/Banner-exclusive 5★ demons, while regular F2P 5★ demons are not pullable; basically, it's a banner where one can pull without the fear of having Red Barongs or Fafnirs hunting their dreams the night. However, only five of the featured are actually in rate-up; they are: Masakado, Kali, Xi Wangmu, Azazel and Black Maria. Those are also the demons that are summonable (randomly) through the banner's Special Absolute Summon, which uses regular Parchment Pieces.
Note that NO 4★ Banner-exclusive demon is featured (while regular 4★ Gatcha-exclusive demons are summonable as usual).

Steps and Special Absolute Summons
This banner consists in 10 steps and 4 rounds; each step also gives 10 Parchment Pieces, for a total of 400 (100 per round). Each round, however, costs 8500 gems to be completed, requiring a total of 34000 gems in order to complete all the rounds, which is... pretty expensive, to say the least. The costs and rewards for each step are the following:

The banner's Special Absolute Summon allow to summon one of the 5 rated-up demons (Masakado, Kali, Xi Wangmu, Azazel, Black Maria]] at random for 200 Parchment Pieces, for a maximum of 3 summons for 600 Parchment Pieces. This means that, every 2 rounds completed, you are rewarded with a "free" Special Absolute Summon, with a maximum of 2 assuming all 4 rounds are completed. This also means that the third summon must be achieved by using Parchment Pieces obtained by other sources (previous Special Summons, missions, previous Events, conversion of other types of "parchments").

Pull or Skip?
When deciding if pulling or not in this banner, you must take in consideration the following elements:
Pros:
- With the exception of Black Maria, all the rated-up demons are excellent units: Masakado is costantly meta-defining; Kali runs well both in Middling and T1 (if given Auto-Rebellion) teams and is great for PvE and Phys Democalypse; Xi Wangmu is an incredible unit with both a powerful Debuffer move and a Reviver Passive with 2 stacks; and Azazel, despite being the less great of the four, still does a good job in being a Fire Nuker unit with a good sustain kit (especially in Purple) and Gatcha skills that work regardless of the color.
- No F2P 5★s means that the worst you can get is a "good" unit - and those always find a use, contrary to the bad or avarage ones. Lots of those demons, moreover, are way more than good.
- Especially if you are a beginner, this is a good Banner where to do the 1st discounted step. Actually, you can do up to the 3rd step without any major substantial financial loss, getting instead 30 juicy Parchments and one even juicier 5★ (at least).
Cons:
- No step guaranteeing one of the rated-up demons.
- The demon obtained from the Special Absolute Summon is random, and since the options are as much as five, it's hard to obtain the one you specifically want.
- Plus, the shadow of Black Maria is still lurking, ready to completely waste the gems you've invested.
- Very expensive bundle for what it offers: assuming you plan to only complete up to the 2nd round, 17000 gems for a random pick between 5 demons is bad. Let's not even talk about wasting 34000 gems in this.
- Masakado is sometimes featured in Summon File Choices, so he isn't as rare as in the past; and regardless, banners with him appear quite frequently.
- Overall, there's no reason why you should try to obtain one of those demons in this banner rather than saving up for their personal ones.
- Jule is near, which means, the Half-niversary Banner is, too. It might mean either a new strong demon, a very good Parchment Pierce Banner, or just a very good regular banner (or any combination of those). This makes saving up gems a priority.
