Official Profile
The Deity is one of the most powerful races in the Shin Megami Tensei series, and is generally more difficult to fuse than most other races. They tend to be well-rounded demons, capable of using high level physical and magical attacks. In the real world, they are the chief deities of their pantheons; generally the lord of other gods and are associated with maintenance or creation.
They belong to the Gods species and are either Light-Law or Light-Neutral. They are the former in older games, but newer tendencies vary towards the latter. In the Devil Summoner series they are Light-Law.
