Lv2: 5% chance of 1 MP recovery. Lv3: 9% chance of 1 MP recovery. Lv4: 13% chance of 1 MP recovery. Lv5: 17% chance of 1 MP recovery. Lv6: 25% chance of 1 MP recovery.
