Explanation
- Hellbound: Fire will apply 5 stacks of
Spirit Chains of Suppression to you. - If no enemies are
Muted, then 150% reverse damage boost will be applied to your team.
- Mada has +300% to ailment recovery, but his allies do not.
- If you go first, then Mada inflict
Charm on your team. - Mada's Scarlet Inferno (Underside) will remove
Barriers and inflict
Weak and
Charm to your team whenever he casts it. - At the end of the enemy turn, and whenever Mada Charms someone on your team, he will cleanse all ailments on his team.
- The Jatayus have Luster Candy and Debilitate for buff control.
- Persephone can inflict

General strategy
- You need to either cleanse or null the
Charm from Mada.
Barriers will not work.
Baihu with the skill
Baihu (Underside) will make the team immune to Charm.- If Baihu is unavailable, make sure the first demon in your team's action order is immune to Charm (innately or with a Null Charm transfer). They don't need to be a Cleric, as you can use an
Amrita Shower for cleansing instead. The demon just needs to be immune to allow you to use the item.
- You will need to inflict
Mute to at least one enemy in order to deal meaningful damage to the enemy team.
Baihu with the skill
Baihu (Underside) will automatically try to Mute the enemy team with an 80% chance, at the start of your turn, for up to 3 turns.- If Baihu is not available, you will need to bring a demon that can reliably apply Mute (preferably to multiple targets) every turn.
- Devil Connector attack skills are guaranteed to deal 0 damage, as no enemies will be Muted yet when the DC skill hits. Using a skill that inflicts Mute or applies buffs/debuffs may be more helpful.

- Self gets 50% HP, 180% Elec damage, 20% accuracy, 3 MP discount for Elec skills, immunity to
Spirit Chains of Suppression. - The team gets 20% Elec damage, 20% accuracy, and Null Charm.
- At the start of your team's turn (for up to 3 turns), Baihu tries to
Mute the enemy team with an 80% chance.

Jack Frost (Underside) effect overview

Concentrate (2.25x damage) on his first action - this is about 63% damage on average across his 2 actions on the first turn. Also gets 50% HP and immunity to
Spirit Chains of Suppression.

Ziodyne. - Jack Frost does not have any MP discounts, so 7 MP skills such as
Thunder Reign may be too expensive to cast repeatedly.
Thunder Reign (Underside) starts at 7 MP, then becomes 6 MP at max level. This is the best skill he can use, but the cost of maxing it is very high.
