Pros
  • Demons are Revive Sealed when they are killed by Baptisma, unable to be revived.
  • Unlike Zeus' Keraunos and Astaroth's Lord Astaroth, Baptisma is a Magic skill instead of being a Physical Skill. While it cannot crit as a result, it also cannot miss, giving Flauros Hallel the edge against evasive units.
  • Halo of Hallel gains boost levels as the fight drags on. At max level, it confers team-wide Lydia and Luster Candy, providing your team an incredible amount of sustain.
  • Has synergy with Apsu, as he can re-apply Lydia.
Cons
  • Repel Elec is no longer as useful as it used to be due to Zeus.
  • No damage boosters until panel 3, so damage booster transfers are mandatory.
  • Requires a good team built around him to really shine.
Notes
  • As he does not gain Null Curse until he actually gets a turn, he can be killed by Angra Mainyu + Alice A combos if outsped.
  • Red grants him access to discounted Mahamadyne, which can be useful if you want a piercing AOE.

  • Red: Discounted Light AOE in the form of Mahamadyne.
  • Purple: Null Charm for certain fights that inflict charm.
  • Teal: Repel Elec to be paired with Alilat/Atavaka or Demiurge to cheese certain boss fights.

Skill Transfers

Damage boosters is a must have due to his lack of innate damage modifiers.

Damage Boosters:

  • Light Amp: Highest Light damage modifier.
  • Master Assassin: Boosts ST damage for Baptisma
  • Light Boost/Assassin: Early game/budget option.

Other/Misc. Skills:

  • Speedster: Boosts team speed if needed.
  • Enduring Soul/Endure: Allows him to stack endures to survive as long as possible in order to actiavte Halo of Hallel as often as possible.

Brands

  • Stat priorities: Mag ATK%
  • Spell: Boosts his damage.
  • Ward: Gives him protection from ailments for 3 turns.
  • Speed: Boosts team speed if needed
  • Life: Adds bulk while still maintaining damage with Mag ATK%
  • Divine: Allows FlaurosH to spam Baptisma. Not as useful if P2.

Mitama

  1. MAG (20): Boosts damage output.
  2. VIT (20/10): Adds bulk.
  3. AGI (20/10): Boosts team speed if needed.

Spell helps to melt HP bars if going for a fast clear, but Life helps him to survive longer while still able to dish out damage. Halo of Hallel is a powerful passive that gives AOE Lydia for team survivability and Fast Luster (1 turn) for constant buffs, at max boost level, which what makes him perfect for boss fights
