| Pros |
- Queen of Enchantment grants her Phys/Dark Pierce, Null Mortal, a 40% boost to her accuracy and a 100% Critical hit rate. At the start of own turn, she will grant the team an additional Press Turn, cast Tarukaja, then will lower the enemy’s Phys/Dark Affinities by 2 levels while simultaneously removing their Bulwarks.
- While active, she increases the party’s damage when striking a weak point by 20%. With her innate Wretched Blow, it jumps to a 50% boost for herself.
- Her Order Crest does a Magic Phys/Dark 100BP AoE with an 80% chance of Charm. This will proc constantly as it only requires any other ally to hit weak points twice, and after her active is used.
- Her active, Serpentine Reparation is a 160BP Physical Phys/Dark single target attack that chains into a 120BP AoE. Since this procs her Order Crest, it results in a 380BP attack on one enemy.
- Altogether the damage boosts for her and her party, multiple attack chains, PT gen and buff swing make Lamia the perfect Phys/Dark Prelim unit. She will skyrocket your bonus ratings when paired with Hachiman or Ame no Futotama.
- Sanguine Feast is a good tool for Deceit 14 as it is a random targeting skill. It is made even better as her innate passive provides 40% reverse damage reduction for AoE and random-target skills in any Stage 14 of Brands of Sin.
- Serpentine Aid in Yellow is perfect for Democ, as it further increases the party’s damage dealt for weak points by 15%. On the other hand, Butcher in Purple is better for when hitting weak points isn’t guaranteed, such as in Brands of Sin.
- Good panels that offer a 15% boost to Phys/Dark damage in P1 (with another 30% boost in P3!) and a 1MP reduction to her active. Panel 2 is the best one as it increases her party’s damage yet again for 15% general damage, and will fire off her Order Crest at the end of her team’s turn.

| Cons |
- Weak to Ice unless Teal.
- No innate HP boosts might give her trouble staying alive.
- No innate ailment immunities.
- Not suited for PvP:
- Not fast or supportive enough to justify being on a T1 or T0, and practically no bulk makes her useless in a T2 team.
- Her Chain Effect timing is susceptible to being entirely stopped by even a slower Nuwa’s Spirit Chains of Suppression.
- Even if the PT gen chain goes off, it will result in your team getting immediately hit by double Spirit Chains of Indignation by Asura Lord M.
- 100BP AoEs will easily be soaked up by Chefei. Speaking of Chefei, forced AoE’s can be troublesome if fighting Repel/Drain units, such as Yggdrasil.
