Liberators

Each Liberator can initially be leveled up to level 30. When hitting max level, the Liberator will have enough skill points to obtain every skill.

After clearing a character's specific Dx2 Quest chain, their level cap will rise to 50, unlocking their Limit Break skills (labeled LB below). Once again, at max level the Liberator will have enough skill points to learn every skill.
