Clear : Maziodyne for sweeping multiple targets that don't NDR.
Skill Transfers
Damage boosters to allow Thor to nuke as hard as possible with Mjolnir or Maziodyne.
Damage Boosters:
- Elec Amp: Highest Elec damage modifier
- Butcher: Boosts
Random Targets damage for Mjolnir, or
All Targets damage for Maziodyne. - Elec Survivor: Elec damage modifier + Endure.
- Elec Enhancement: Elec damage modifier + an additional 10% against Elec weak foes.
