A god from Mesopotamian mythology known as the water-filled abyss. Apsu has existed since the birth of time. His fresh water, which covered and supported the land, combined with Tiamat and her primordial saltwater sea, to birth many gods. He is said to be the source of knowledge and wisdom, as well as a bringer of happiness and fertility.
