Activates the following Chain Effect at the start of enemy turn:
Adds a Bulwark of approximately 3,000 HP to self. (1 turn) (Bulwark values are dependent on max HP.) Becomes immune to Mortal skills. (1 turn)
Activates the following Chain Effect at the end of enemy turn: Inflicts 20% Fractional Damage (1,000 Max) on all enemies based on their max HP, and enters a state of Might and Charge.
Each Chain Effect can only activate once per battle.
