Godly, also known as Spirit and Root, is a usually enemy exclusive race in several Megami Tensei games. The race is associated with creator gods, most frequently YHVH and his avatars. Shin Megami Tensei Dx2 Liberation marks the first game in the series where not only YHVH's avatars are playable but one of the only games in the series where multiple Godly race demons are playable.
