Apologies on the delay, however personally, I get the banner pictures from the actually Dx2 site owned by Sega. I just go to the News List, find the Event, and do that. However there are some that I've had trouble finding, I believe the 50% off one you mentioned may be one of those that I couldn't quite track down.
