Official Profile
A god of Ugaritic mythology that is the personification of death and desolation and is considered to be the lord of the underworld. He is also the counterpart of the head Ugaritic god Baal. Mot killed Baal who never approved of him but was killed in turn by his sister, Anat. It is said that when Baal was revived due to Anat's victory over Mot, Mot also came back to life.
