Inflicts Light damage (Magic, Power: 100) with Bulwark Pierce on all enemies. Increases party's EV/AC by 20% if the attack is successful (1 turn).
Lv2: +3% to Elec/Light damage.
Lv3: +6% to Elec/Light damage.
