A hero from Celtic Mythology. He is leader of the warrior group known as the Fianna Knights, who were tasked with protecting High King Cormac.
He was known as "Fionn," meaning "golden hair," because of his blond hair and fair skin, but his given name at birth was Deimne.
When training under the [1]he druid Finn Eces, he was ordered to cook the Salmon of Knowledge. When he licked a bit of salmon fat that had gotten onto his thumb, he gained its wisdom. From then on, it's said he could tap into that wisdom simply by licking his thumb.
