A great angel worshipped in Zoroastrianism, who is counted among those entities known as "Amesha Spenta."

She is said to be the daughter of the supreme god Ahura Mazda, as well as an angel who oversees the land and grants pasture to livestock. Armaiti's name means "pious", and she is thought to be incarnate of holy devotion.

It is said that her heart aches when a person who has sinned walks by, but rejoices when believers of the heavens are born or feed their animals.
