An existence birthed from Vanitas's malice, this powerful new entity is based on Metatron. Metatron, who is referred to by over 70 different names, is said to be either the highest-ranking angel or, according to some, to be God himself. The name 'Metatron' is derived from a word meaning 'he who serves the throne.' In Judaism, Metatron is considered the most important angel. He provided guidance to Moses uring his attempt to lead the Jews out of Egypt and parted the sea when Moses and his followers were being pursued by Egypt's forces.
