An almighty god from Egyptian Mythology. He is often depicted as a man with the head of a crested ibis or baboon. He stands opposed to the evil god Seth and is an ally and follower of the good gods Osiris and Isis. Thoth is also the god of writing and keeps records of the names of the dead in Osiris' court. Additionally, he is well versed in magic and has taught Isis many spells.
