A Jack Frost that loves parties and celebrations. Tends to appear, seemingly out of nowhere, on cold winter days, especially if there’s some kind of celebration going on. At first only reveling in the festive atmosphere, Party Frost soon discovered it could freeze large crowds of humans effortlessly when they gathered. Emitting waves of intense cold, it reportedly left countless people frozen in place, their smiles still on their faces.
