Decreases the Fire Attribute Affinity of all enemies by 2 levels, then inflicts Fire damage (Physical, Power: 60) with Bulwark Pierce to all enemies afflicted with Spirit Chains.
Furthermore, restores 1MP to all party members, and increases their ATK and EV/AC by 20%. (1 turn)
