Speed warfare.

At base stats without panels, he has outsped Morrighan (EoSwiftness = Force Avoid) by three points.
Mayhem in red looks like it's a wasted slot, as it deals magic damage and does not seem to state anywhere that it scales with phys attack. Probably an oversight, but haven't pulled him yet to try.
