	Omniscience and Omnipotence \| Demons \| MP: Passive \| Skill Points: - \| Target: All Enemies \| Use Limit: ∞ Adds Elec Pierce. +25% to Elec damage dealt. Activates the following Chain Effect at the start of own turn: Decreases the Elec attribute affinity of all enemies by 2 levels (1 turn). Activates the following Chain Effect when a party member (including the skill holder) strikes a weak point: Inflict Elec damage (Power: 100) to all enemies, and give the party an additional Press Turn icon. (Once per turn). *For details on attribute affinity decreases, go to: Settings > How to Play. Lv2: +5% to AC. Lv3: +10% to AC. Lv4: +15% to AC. Lv5: +20% to AC.
