Pros	Arms Mastery gives Phys Amp and +25% Accuracy when maxed. Drain Phys and strong offense: decent candidate for Drain Teams. Panels give him much needed Phys Pierce and reduces the damage from piercing Phys attacks.
Cons	Heavily reliant on panels; without P2, he needs Phys Pierce (weak) transferred and even then would be worth at best 5 in PvP rating. No unique attack makes him Mid Tier in offensive ability. Mediocre AGI and LUK stats.
