Skill Database Update

With our admin and their bot missing we can't auto-generate a skills list any more. We must therefore make sure that the manual Skill Database stays updated.

• Add Halloween Jack's skills
• Add Jaki race skills
• Change skills to their 1.6.0 versions
• Add Huang Di's skills
• Change "Hurricane Slash" to “Myriad Arrows”
• Make note if a skill can be exclusively inherited from Skill Genomes
• Change skills to their 1.7.0 versions and update Awaken Skills
• Add Mother Harlot's skills
• Add Rama, Dionysus and Reiko Kashima skills.

Missing Demons

All demon lore pages need to be filled out with in-game profiles.

-Update: One, two and three star demons are finished.

Update Encounter Pages

Story + Dx2 Quests + Brand of Sin + Strange Signal need enemy data screenshotted and filled out using Template:EnemyParty.
