The best way I found to deal with this fight is to retry until Michael just doesn't use Megidoloan. If he does use this twice in a row you will probably die regardless of your team.Try and get buff/debuffs out ASAP and keep them up. The HL and Ananta both will cause Soul Judgment to make him loose turns. Ananta can heal as needed but if you get megidoloan it is sometimes better to just restart the fight. Thor is nice because he can Drain the occasional Elec attack from Dominion. Focus down Dominion and once he is dead Principality will recarm him each turn afterwards. Skip and allow Thor to Mjolnir and hope he kills Dominion. If you do you also have a chance to proc Lydia on all which will almost certainly mean you win the fight as its very powerful heal for everyone.
