*Eclipse is one of the few modes that allows using items, so make use of them. Using Templar Dragon to make it only take a half Press Turn improves this strategy.

*During each Eclipse Season, there is at least one week where Stamina cost for Eclipse quests is 0, allowing for as many retries as you need.
 +
*Generally these quests can be done even with just a few demons that are Lvl. 40 or above and awakened, especially if you have proper brands equipped.

*Best battle strategy is to have a party fast enough to go first in every quest. Wear Speed brands, or have Speed% as primary on some brands, or switch to speedier Demons in the party. Don't sacrifice too much damage for speed, though, just enough to go first.

*Second best strategy is to avoid using Demons that have weaknesses exploitable by the enemy waves, unless you are sure that your Demons can down those before they have a chance to hit their weaknesses.

Eclipse

Overview

Eclipse is a set of quests that only allow using demons from two different races. Every new month the rewards for clearing them can be obtained again and the races that can be used change.

Up through October 2021, every month a 4★ Demon was distributed of one of the appropriate races, directly into every player's Gift Box. This demon was usually an Red Aragami/Red low grade demon.

Tips

  • Eclipse is one of the few modes that allows using items, so make use of them. Using Templar Dragon to make it only take a half Press Turn improves this strategy.
  • During each Eclipse Season, there is at least one week where Stamina cost for Eclipse quests is 0, allowing for as many retries as you need.
  • Generally these quests can be done even with just a few demons that are Lvl. 40 or above and awakened, especially if you have proper brands equipped.
  • Best battle strategy is to have a party fast enough to go first in every quest. Wear Speed brands, or have Speed% as primary on some brands, or switch to speedier Demons in the party. Don't sacrifice too much damage for speed, though, just enough to go first.
  • Second best strategy is to avoid using Demons that have weaknesses exploitable by the enemy waves, unless you are sure that your Demons can down those before they have a chance to hit their weaknesses.
  • Aside from assuring the required speed, all brands should be War/Spell Brands (depending on your Demons being Physical/Magical attackers) for enhanced damage, or Divine Brands, in case your chosen Demons are MP hungry. Primaries and tertiaries should be focused on damage (Phys ATK%/Mag ATK%) to kill as many sidekicks as possible, before the bosses have a chance to attack.
