Fractional Skills

Fractional damage is a type of damage dealt by skills like Blade of Terror, or Give Me Jewels?

Fractional damage will not be affected by stat/damage increase or reduction stats. However, they will be affected by the damage reduction effects of enemy Shields in Alter-World.

Examples of effects that do not effect fractional damage: -Damage increase effects of skills like "Butcher". -Damage reduction effects of skills like "Guards of Tartarus". -ATK increase effects of skills like "Tarukaja". -DEF decrease effects of skills like "Rakunda". -Damage increase effects gained through Overbreak in Alter-World.
