An Order Crest is an incrementing count that can be placed on a demon. At the maximum counts, the skill associated with the Order Crest will activate.

Mechanics

Inscribing

When an Order Crest is added to a demon's current count, it is said to be "inscribed" into that demon.

Inscribing an Order Crest cannot be stopped by Icon Bind.png Bind, Icon Charm.png Charm, Icon Mute.png Mute, or any Spirit Chains (such as Icon Spirit Chains of Suppression.png Spirit Chains of Suppression).

The game has a hard limit of 2 inscriptions for the same Order Crest per turn, and resets every time a demon takes an action - that is, whenever you press a skill button (or when auto-battle presses one).

If a single action fulfills an inscribing condition multiple times, only 1 inscription will occur.

  • Example: Suppose a demon's inscription condition is killing an enemy. If the demon kills 2 enemies with one action, then only 1 inscription occcurs.

Each Order Crest has its own stack limit, and cannot be inscribed past that limit.

Skill activation

An Order Crest's skill is activated once it has reached its stack limit of inscriptions.

Activation of an Order Crest's skill cannot be stopped by Icon Bind.png Bind, Icon Charm.png Charm, Icon Mute.png Mute, or any Spirit Chains (such as Icon Spirit Chains of Suppression.png Spirit Chains of Suppression).
